BOHO Gin

In the late summer of 2020, the idea came up to produce our own gin. It was important to us that we take everything into our own hands: Trying out recipes, testing ratios, picking up botanicals and throwing them out again.

Over a period of 9 months, we tried out different gin recipes in our kitchen and then worked out the perfect recipe together with our distiller. The result is New Western Dry Gin with 13 botanicals that is as not "mainstream" as the Bohemian lifestyle and attitude.
