Brewery Nittenau

Brauhaus Nittenau

Progressive technologization has led to an ever greater approximation of taste in the large-scale industrial production of beer. On the one hand, there are no longer any regional differences, since any desired chemical parameter can easily be achieved by technological means. On the other hand, with the existing price war, the purely profit-oriented brands are interested in keeping their costs as low as possible: Faster production techniques, fewer hops, shorter storage, less flavor.

This equalization of taste not only leads to beers from different brands becoming more and more similar and tasting almost the same. It has even gone so far that different styles of beer from industrial breweries taste the same and differ only on the label. The trend toward neutral one-size-fits-all beer and neutral one-size-fits-all taste.

In times of such tightrope walks along the purity law on the part of the industry, many consumers have had enough of it and are once again looking for craft brewing art. We offer an alternative:

We stand behind our products with great enthusiasm and only brew beers that we ourselves want to drink and are 100% convinced of.

We do not pasteurize our beers to make them last longer. You hold a living, fresh product in your hands from us.

We do not try to compulsively brew the same beer over and over again with trickery. Beer is and remains a natural product and can develop different taste nuances depending on the raw materials. Our beers have their own character.

For us it is important how a beer tastes and not only how much it costs to produce it to achieve this taste.

The cheapest price is NOT a criterion for us when buying raw materials.

We are pro-beer and innovative. Brewing with exclusive aroma hop varieties, different malt compositions and a variety of yeast strains for a unique beer aroma is our passion. Indeed, we brew expensive beer.
