More information about Bruce
Crustaceans are a matter of taste, no need to argue about that Unlike most other fruits, seafood divides the population into two camps: you love it or you hate it There is little room for maneuver between the two points of view, so we are all the more pleased that the Freiburg Brewery Collective is pushing for a rapprochement of the fronts The brewers are sending Bruce into the field: Bruce is a battle-hardened New England IPA that has already lost an eye in past battles But Bruce wouldn't be Bruce if that made him hesitate for even a second Armed with the full power of hops, he enters the fray and uses unconventional means to fight for the popularity of crustaceans And beers that carry them on the label
Bruce is brewed with three different types of malt Barley, wheat and oat malt give the beer a gentle caramel note and form a smooth base for the truckload of hops The malt also provides an incredibly pleasant, full-bodied and soft mouthfeel, which further enhances the drinking experience Bruce starts with a fruit-laden attack that is juicy and fresh Malt and hops combine to create a brew of extraordinary deliciousness that ends in a clean and crisp finish, leaving you wanting another bottle
Whether you're a fan or despiser of crustaceans, it really doesn't matter Bruce will taste good either way, we're sure of it
