More information about Binkert Pale Ale
Our beer sommelier Marco Liebig has tested the Pale Ale from Brauhaus Binkert for you and is delighted!
The Pale Ale impresses as soon as it is poured and welcomes the eager beer drinker with a naturally cloudy amber hue A firm, fine-pored head crowns the beer and exudes an exciting potpourri of aromas The fine sommelier's nose smells blossoming daisies, juicy orange and melon as well as a light, tangy citrus note
The attack follows on from this first impression and is juicy and fruity sweet with notes of freshly picked blood oranges, ripe melon and a hint of bitterness reminiscent of lemon zest
The sweet fruitiness continues into the finish, while the mild bitterness fades away quickly and wonderfully smoothly
The Franconian Pale Ale from Binkert is an easy-drinking beer with an exciting bitterness that gives the beer its complex body Perfect and extremely refreshing at high temperatures!
Beer sommelier Marco Liebig recommends a fresh gazpacho with this summery beer specialty This Mediterranean summer classic is a cold soup made from tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and bread from the previous day Garlic and lovage give the soup that little bit extra Our favourite toppings for gazpacho are bread cubes fried in olive oil, sunflower seeds, roasted nuts, a dollop of sour cream or fresh celery stalks cut into thin slices
