The honey for the organic honey beer is a fine blossom honey collected by busy bees on the sun-drenched slopes of the highlands In order to consistently continue the regionality, the hops and barley also come from the Mühlviertel and are also from controlled organic cultivation The brewers use these hand-picked ingredients to conjure up the beer

The brewers recommend a drinking temperature of 10 to 12 degrees At this temperature, the honey unfolds its full potential
