The slender organic juniper aroma and the maceration of cubeb pepper are perfectly balanced with fresh lemon. The golden color is given by the macerate of cubeb pepper. This unfolds a variety of flavors that make the Brick Gin appear full and rounded despite its reduction to three botanicals. Cubeb pepper is the typical character of Brick Gin.

Brick Gin
Brick is independent and owner-managed. The founders, Benjamin Trommler and Sascha Hagemann, have known each other for over 25 years. Growing up in the cultural city of Weimar, the two shared a passion at a young age: street art. The name of the gin is as simple and internationally understandable as its design: it emphasizes modernity through contemporary reduction to the essentials.
