The delicate organic juniper aroma and cubeb pepper macerate are perfectly balanced with fresh lemon. The cubeb pepper macerate lends the gin its golden color. This develops a variety of flavors that make the brick gin appear full and rounded despite its reduction to three botanicals. Cubeb pepper is the typical character of Brick Gin.
Brick Gin is certified organic and only selected, high-quality ingredients are used. The design is deliberately simple, contemporary and striking. Above all, however, it reflects the concept: reduction to the essentials paired with high quality.

Brick Gin
Brick is independent and owner-managed. The founders, Benjamin Trommler and Sascha Hagemann, have known each other for over 25 years. Growing up in the cultural city of Weimar, the two shared a passion at a young age: street art. The name of the gin is as simple and internationally understandable as its design: it emphasizes modernity through contemporary reduction to the essentials.
