Hop #1 Beer Brandy is the result of distillation of a mixture of beers Bounce (wheat beer with mango and peach), After Corks (American Pale Ale) and Preliminary Phase (American India Pale Ale).
The liquor is produced by Nook Brewery, which has it distilled by Podole Wielkie Distillery.
The result of this collaboration is a delicious beer variety that offers a pleasant aroma of hops, peaches, tangerines and flowers. In the taste there is even more fruit than beer. Apricots as well as apples and pears show up here.
Hop #1 beer spirit is a unique and really tasty spirit.

When I saw hops and malt in my dream and heard the words Brewery Rzemieślniczy instead of my first and last name, I had no choice but to make the dream come true! From that moment on, the idea picked up momentum and the positive energy and belief in our success drove us to action. September 2018 was the day: Browar Nook came on the market, with the first three beers in the bag: "Faza Przedna", "Time for a break" and "Po Korkach".
