Sometimes you walk through the city and catch an incredibly delicious scent of butter and cinnamon amidst the hodgepodge of exhaust fumes, coffee, garbage, leaves and other urban smells, that you head straight to the nearest bakery and buy yourself a delicious pastry One of the most popular baked goods is Danish pastry This pastry is baked from multiple layers of buttery dough and filled with fruit, jam, pudding, chocolate, nuts or spices In English, Danish pastry is called Danish pastry or just Danish
Pastries are good, beer is better - which is why Polish brewery Browar Nook has come up with a clever combination of the two Its range of sinful dessert beers includes a Swiss Chocolate Stout, one with peanut butter, chocolate and Belgian waffles and one inspired by the fine art of baking in traditional bakeries
The latter is called Cinnamon Danish and is brewed with a generous dose of cinnamon and lactose The aroma and taste are a heavenly seduction of vanilla, chocolate, buttery caramel, cinnamon, yeast and a hint of coffee The lactose used gives the beer a velvety creaminess that adds another dimension to the dessert impression The brewers could not have given their creation a better name, because their Cinnamon Danish tastes like a freshly baked Danish pastry Irresistible!

After years of working in the beer industry, the idea of making my own beer began to form in my head. At first it seemed timid, but soon another question prevailed, "Will it work?" But the idea of "I'm dreaming of my own craft beer" returned and wouldn't let go. When I saw hops and malt in my dream and heard the words Brewery Rzemieślniczy instead of my first and last name, I had no choice but to make the dream come true! From that moment on, the idea picked up momentum and the positive energy and belief in our success drove us to action. September 2018 was the day: Browar Nook came on the market, with the first three beers in the bag: "Faza Przedna", "Time for a break" and "Po Korkach".
