Hop #1 beer spirit is the result of the distillation of a blend of the beers Bounce (wheat beer with mango and peach), After Corks (American Pale Ale) and Preliminary Phase (American India Pale Ale).
The schnapps is produced by the Nook brewery, which has it distilled by the Podole Wielkie distillery.
The result of this collaboration is a delicious beer with a pleasant aroma of hops, peaches, mandarins and flowers. There is even more fruit than beer in the taste. Apricots, apples and pears are all present.
Hop #1 Bierbrand is a unique and truly delicious spirit.

From that moment on, the idea picked up momentum and the positive energy and belief in our success drove us to action. September 2018 was the day: Browar Nook came on the market, with the first three beers in the bag: "Faza Przedna", "Time for a break" and "Po Korkach".
