"Bumbu" May not sound particularly elegant, but it is, don't be misled. Behind the admittedly somewhat clumsy name is an excellent craft spirit drink from Barbados, made from up to 15 year old components from 8 different countries. Besides components from Belize, the rums come from Brazil, Costa Rica, Dom rep, El Salvador, Guyana and Honduras. All aged in ex bourbon barrels. Refined with natural spices, without colorings and flavorings.
