This rub has a bit of fire, you have to admit, but everything is still within a relaxed range. Hot chicken wings, spicy comb steaks, pulled pork or as a seasoning for Dutch oven dishes, stews etc.
The spice mix is rubbed dry onto the meat or mixed with oil and used as a marinade.
