A wonderful Mexican rub, aromatic with lots of herbs and selected spices.
With this rub you will conquer even the most hardened Mexicans from Tijuana to El Paso via Chihuahua to Vera Cruz.
Enchiladas, tacos, burritos or even your chili con carne will get a good polish. Also try it on pork steaks or Mexican-style lamb. Also excellent for poultry or to give other dishes the taste of Mexico.
The spice mix is rubbed dry on the meat or mixed with oil and used as a marinade. Dose according to taste.
