What to expect:A beautifully rounded gin that allows for many different flavors.
Nosing:A chocolaty sweetness enveloped by light floral notes with a slightly peppery aroma.
Taste: First a nice sweetness while the alcohol remains in the background. Herbs creep in without disturbing the cocoa sweetness (but rather complementing it).
Finish: No burn or anything else disturbing. A hint of chocolate and coffee flavor remains at the end.

The distillery is only 7.5 square meters in size and the copper still only holds 12 liters!
