A classic Riesling, de-alcoholized and finely tart. The wine shows the typical freshness of the grape variety, combined with a slight residual sweetness and clear, lively acidity.
The profile is dominated by bright fruit aromas such as green apple and ripe peach. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh and accessible - with a subtle sweetness that pleasantly rounds off the acidity.
