The Casa Mariol Vermut Blanco is an extremely pleasant vermouth: 100% Macabeo grapes, lemon-yellow in the glass, refined with herbs native to the Terra Alta. Thyme, rosemary, lemon and a hint of vanilla. Very round on the palate with a clear but unobtrusive sweetness and fresh acidity. Simply easy.

A good food companion, for example with salt or smoked almonds or any kind of preserved seafood and fish. Be sure to try it as a vermouth tonic!
