CERO2 Pure Gin is characterized by its particularly smooth texture and offers subtle notes of juniper and a distinct citrus note. This Caribbean gin is distilled in the Dominican Republic from locally grown sugar cane and is suitable for a classic gin & tonic with a tropical twist as well as for other cocktails.
The entire production process is designed to be sustainable, with the distillery producing its own energy by burning sugar cane biomass and reusing the CO₂ from the fermentation process.
