Ron Sostenible Blanco is a clear rum from the Dominican Republic with 40% vol., made from local sugar cane and matured for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels. A fine sugar tip of 5 g/l provides additional balance and makes it particularly accessible.
The profile reveals fresh notes of vanilla, citrus, wild flowers and a hint of licorice, accompanied by a very subtle woody note. Versatile - ideal for classic cocktails or pure on ice with a clear, lively structure.
