Gaston Collard's Brut Rosé from the Grand Cru commune of Bouzy on the Montagne de Reims is made from 90% white Pinot Noir and 10% Bouzy Rouge - a style wine. Gaston Collard vinifies this wine in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the freshness of the aromas. A shipping dosage of 8 g/l is added during disgorgement.
A lively champagne with freshness and fruit! On the palate, aromas of wild strawberries unfold, paired with notes of cassis.
Ideal for a festive aperitif at any time of year. It goes perfectly with warm fish dishes such as a salmon fillet on a leek fondue.
It is an excellent accompaniment to a poultry ragout with mushrooms in a cream sauce.
