Our Adriatic Dry Gin was developed together with Croatian gourmet chef and hedonist Chef Pero Savanovic. It embodies all the virtues of a modern New Western Dry Gin and combines them with various Mediterranean notes. A subtle juniper flavor complemented by a delicate citrus aroma and rounded out by the floral persistence of hibiscus.

Pero Savanović is one of the five master chefs in Croatia. He has over 20 years of experience and won numerous gold medals in national and international competitions. Known from many cooking shows, he is also one of the founders of "Chef Club Croatia", which promotes Croatian cuisine and gastronomy through training and promotion.

The distilling was laid me, Marijo Cutura, so to speak in the cradle. My grandfather was already enthusiastic about distilling schnapps in Croatia and passed this passion on to me. Today I continue the tradition with a lot of passion and dedication in my small but fine distillery in Ilsfeld. I distill in a small, handmade copper pot still. Meticulously prepared, often several times and at particularly low temperatures. This gives my distillates and liqueurs a very special and individual character. In addition, hand-picked ingredients and a recurring sensory selection of flavors. Through this I guarantee that the harmony and variety of flavors is unique and can be tasted in every bottle. In the selection of botanicals, I place much more emphasis on quality than quantity, which is why my gins also have only a very small number of botanicals.
