More information about Jarzębinka

This rowan berry liqueur is an interesting combination of fresh rowan berry syrup and a macerate made from dried rowan berries, dates, raisins and lemon peel. Honey is used for sweetening. All this results in a pleasant, slightly vinous aroma of dried fruit, nuts and hay. The semi-dry taste has plenty of raisins, dates and, of course, rowan berries with a hint of spice.

The rowan berry liqueur goes well with cakes and desserts with fruit, but also with meat dishes. It is also suitable for tea with a shot.

Manufaktura Cieleśnica

Cieleśnica has been inseparable from the very beginning of its existence related to the production of alcohol. The oldest mentions of the local farm dates back to 1516. Initially these were wooden buildings of the distillery and brewery, which in the years 1870-1880 gave way to brick buildings. Current we owe the shape of the distillery and bottling plant to Baron Stanisław Różyczka Rosenwerth. Founded by him in 1923, the Quality Vodka Factory was producing quality distillates and liqueurs. Currently across the factory square runs the border of the Bug river Landscape Park.
