More information about Jarzębinka

This rowanberry liqueur is an interesting combination of fresh rowanberry syrup and a macerate of dried rowanberries, dates, raisins and lemon peel. Honey was used for sweetening. All this gives a pleasant, slightly vinous aroma of dried fruit, nuts and hay. The semi-dry taste has a lot of raisins, dates and of course rowan berries with a hint of spices.

The rowanberry liqueur goes well with cakes and desserts with fruits, but also with meat dishes. Also goes well with tea with a shot.

Manufaktura Cieleśnica

Cieleśnica has been inseparable from the very beginning of its existence related to the production of alcohol. The oldest mentions of the local farm dates back to 1516. Initially these were wooden buildings of the distillery and brewery, which in the years 1870-1880 gave way to brick buildings. Current we owe the shape of the distillery and bottling plant to Baron Stanisław Różyczka Rosenwerth. Founded by him in 1923, the Quality Vodka Factory was producing quality distillates and liqueurs. Currently across the factory square runs the border of the Bug river Landscape Park.
