The 24 bottles of craft beer are made up of the following varieties from the Clucking Hen brewery in Sauerland:
Fresh and flowery, but also nicely bitter - our sunny yellow "LUPULO LILIUM" provides enormous spring fever. With the aroma hop Bobek, which smells of lilies!
- Alcohol content: 4.9 % vol.
A delicious combination of a hopped pale ale and a generous portion of rye delivers an unbeatable taste experience. Deliciously creamy in the mouth, then spicy and finished with a hint of lemon flavor and honey. Our Rye Pale Ale is unfiltered and brewed with great care, and gets its liveliness from traditional bottle maturation.
- Alcohol content: 6.3 % vol.

Nelson Sauvin hops give our HEFEWEIZEN a unique aroma reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, giving it a hint of wine flavor. But don't worry - the typical full and spicy taste of the wheat is retained, complemented by a fresh spritz and a green-fruity note.
- Alcohol content: 5.1 % vol.
5 different types of hops give our IPA the complete taste experience of tropical fruits.
- Alcohol content: 6.8 % vol.
Our "YOUNG ADAM" creation is inspired by the historic Adam beer from our Westphalian homeland. Top-fermented and strongly brewed, it takes you into the world of chocolate, caramel, dried fruit and nuts with its malts.
- Alcohol content: 8.1 % vol.
