More information about Tyrell Gardening Season

Belgian Saison, 9.7% ABV, strongly brewed, aged with garden herbs

An organic beer in the Belgian Saison style, strongly brewed as a strong beer—intended as a lively accompaniment to hearty dishes.

During fermentation, aromas of clove and banana develop, complemented by pepper and fresh garden herbs (rosemary, thyme). The beer is dry, spicy, and full of life —exactly the qualities that make it an ideal companion for main courses, such as poultry or spicy stews (whether vegetable or meat-based).

Since 2020, he has been taking care of the royal class of beers - the matured ones - in his own BrauKunstAtelier. Beer styles that are a pleasure to drink even after years of cool storage. In terms of beer style, brewing process and choice of ingredients, the focus is on bottle aging. Be it through coffee-like roasted malt; be it through the harmonious symbiosis of yeast and lactic...
