For all those who like their coffee crystal clear in a cocktail, we recommend the Coffee Spirit from Copenhagen Distillery. The idea was born out of a collaboration between the Copenhagen Coffee Lab and Copenhagen Distillery during the lockdown in 2020/2021.
The two local companies joined forces and worked intensively on the processing of coffee beans.
The result of countless tastings and development stages is a successful attempt to capture the essence of coffee. No added sugar, no disruptive off-flavors, just a single bean that has been carefully and lovingly selected and distilled.
Arabica coffee beans from the Finca Ceylan in Guatemala serve as the basis.
This exceptional coffee spirit is suitable both for pure enjoyment and as an ingredient for exciting drinks.
