"This elegant cuvée, consisting of Chenin Blanc (58%), Chardonnay (34%) and a small proportion of Cabernet Franc (8%), seduces the palate with fruity lime notes and the juicy taste of pears, harmoniously rounded off with a hint of vanilla. Thanks to the traditional production method, the Sunrise Brut MCC has a fine perlage that makes it fresh, sparkling and elegantly balanced at the same time.
