Passion fruit and grapefruit characterize the fresh bouquet, finely complemented by a hint of nettle.



The cuvée, which is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc (96%), is given additional finesse by a small proportion of Sémillon (4%). The result: a wonderfully fresh white wine with a pleasant texture and rich mouthfeel.



Whether with fish such as grilled salmon or sea bream, seafood such as scallops or prawns in garlic butter - or with creamy pasta with green asparagus: this white wine is a versatile companion. It also goes perfectly with summer salads with goat's cheese or avocado.



The View owes its name to the fantastic view from the terrace of the Delaire Graff restaurant - an exclusive CAPREO own brand, created in close collaboration with the winery.
