Our PFALZSTOLZ Dry Gin from the Palatinate takes you on a flavorful sensory journey through the beautiful German Wine Route.
With its fruity-floral note, DELIRIUM PFXLZ. II is oriented towards modern enjoyment while remaining true to the roots of a classic gin. The multi-faceted premium gin is traditionally distilled by hand from select ingredients, with great attention to detail and in small batches. Finest grape distillate forms the basis of the fruity character of our Palatinate lightness.
The flavor complexity of the 11 hand-selected botanicals is significantly characterized by jasmine blossom, green apple, black pepper and ginger.
Production:
The botanicals are macerated in grape spirit for about 36 hours. Afterwards, the botanicals-added grape spirit is distilled and then stored in steel tanks for a while. In the final step, the distillate is brought to drinking strength with Palatinate water.
