Die Strandwetter Destillerie befindet sich direkt am Weserradweg und renoviert einen historischen Hof in Lauenförde aus dem Jahr 1908. Geplant ist eine moderne Verschluss-Destille mit Eventlocation, Strandbar und einem kleinen Hofladen, in dem auch regionale Produkte angeboten werden. In unserer Destille gibt es reichlich Raum und Zeit für neue Ideen und Geschmackserlebnisse. Dabei legen wir stets großen Wert auf Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit. Mit unseren selbst hergestellten Spirituosen und Likören setzen wir das Prinzip „Nose-to-Tail“ – oder in diesem Fall eher „Leaf-to-Root“ – um. Das Team von Strandwetter bringt sein Fachwissen, seine Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für diese Aufgabe ein. Jeder trägt auf unterschiedliche Weise und mit unterschiedlicher Intensität dazu bei, aber immer mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel, die Welt ein wenig genussvoller zu gestalten.
