Our black cumin seeds are exclusively from German agriculture. They have not been heat-treated, which preserves the vitamins. You can use our black cumin seeds whole or crushed and used as a tea, for example. Due to its coarse-grained structure, you can also put it in a spice grinder and use it to season dishes.
