NEW: Whiskey made from 100% German corn. Mashed, fermented with a special yeast and distilled with us in Dollerup. It was then stored for three years in an old cherry wine barrel on the Flensburg Fjord. Not chill-filtered. The whiskey shines in its completely natural color.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
