News from the Dollerup distillery: The rose spirit was distilled from regional, hand-picked rose blossoms. The rose blossoms were picked on the North Sea island of Nordstrand. This gives the rose spirit the fine local seal. This fine spirit is very mild and smells wonderfully of roses. But try it for yourself!

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
