In addition to the obligatory juniper, this gin contains selected botanicals from the beautiful island of Sardinia! We brought back freshly harvested kumquats, prickly pears and eucalyptus leaves from our last vacation and distilled them into a gin of the highest quality. Vacation feeling included!

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
