More information about Gin around the World
The regional edition of our "Gin around the world" series: In addition to the obligatory juniper, this gin impresses with the crete, which grows wild in Schleswig-Holstein. It is usually found along roadsides and fieldsides, in the bends so typical of Schleswig-Holstein. Crete, also called oat sloe, is the so-called "primitive plum". Its taste is also reminiscent of plum and currant.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
