More information about Gin Trio
Our new GIN TRIO is here. The base product for all three bottles is a triple-distilled gin with ground juniper, sea buckthorn, citrus fruits, hibiscus and selected regional berries. The second and third gin were each stored in a barrel for over a year. The different color and flavor nuances are therefore only due to the different barrel storage of GIN TWO and THREE.
Gin One: without barrel ageing
Gin Two: stored in a Madeira barrel
Gin Three: aged in a brandy cask
All three gins were bottled at 46% vol.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
