More information about Noord Molt smoky whisky
Our brand new and freshly bottled whiskies now bear the genuine North German name "Noord Molt". As the northernmost whisky distillery in Germany, our casks mature here in peace and quiet near the Flensburg Fjord and are thus characterized by the coastal climate and typical northern German serenity.
The Noord Molt No. 46 with 46 % vol. made from beech-dried barley malt impresses with a beautifully integrated smoky note and sweet hints.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
