3 bottles of 100 ml each with 46% vol. in a set!
Here we have imported a "finished" whisky from Scotland after maturing for over three years in cask strength at 62% vol. and then divided it into three different casks. It was then matured in these for a further two years. Any differences between the three individual samples are therefore based solely on the type of barrel used for maturation.
Barrel 1: Sweet apple wine barrel
Barrel 2: cherry wine barrel
Barrel 3: Port wine barrel
We bottled at 46% vol. - adding a drop of water releases even more aromas.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand. Visit us! With a little luck you can look over our shoulder during the production of exquisite distillates.
