Domaine Adèle Rouzé

Adèle Rouzé founded her own winery in 2003, working with her brother, an oenologist, who, like Adèle, is also a winemaker. The estate currently comprises 12 hectares of Sauvignon vines on sand and gravel soils resting on a clay subsoil. The vines are cultivated according to a sustainable viticultural concept that respects the environment and protects the fauna and flora. The estate is a member of the Vignerons Indépendants de France winegrowers' association. Quincy was the first winegrowing area in the Centre-Loire region of France to receive the famous Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée in 1936.
