Domaine du Nozay Sancerre 2022, a white wine from biodynamic cultivation, presents itself in a classic French style, not as fruity as in Marlborough in New Zealand, but more filigree and mineral with a long finish.
A brilliant and intense color with golden reflections, which exudes elegant and subtle aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, lychee and lemon), but above all of sliced yellow peach. With an ideal acidity, supported by an admirably structured architecture, its refreshing notes of pear syrup ensure a beautiful drinking flow.
The Sancerre classically accompanies scallops au gratin with a seafood salad or a braised rabbit with olives, rosemary and a little garlic in a cream sauce.
