Dos Volcanes Blanco
The highlands of Colima, a state on the Pacific coast of Mexico, are home to the Blue Weaver agave, which is used as the raw material for the production of Dos Volcanes. The name comes from the two volcanoes in the region, the active Volcan de Fuego and the dormant Volcan de Nevado. Although it is only just under 5 km to the official "tequila border", the name tequila may not be used for agave spirits in Colima. However, this does not affect the taste. Typical notes of cooked agave paired with fruity and spicy accents delight the hearts and palates of lovers and connoisseurs of exquisite agave distillates.

Dos Volcanes ist ein 100 % Agaven-Spirit, hergestellt aus einer einzigen Ernte blauer Agaven, die auf den nährstoffreichen Vulkanböden der Colima-Vulkane gedeihen. Diese Agaven wachsen in Cofradia de Suchitlan, nahe der historischen Ursprungsregion von Tequila und Mezcal. Da die Farm außerhalb der offiziellen Herkunftsgebiete liegt, trägt der Spirit weder die Bezeichnung "Tequila" noch "Mezcal". Dennoch bietet er einen reinen, unverfälschten Ausdruck destillierter Agave, handgefertigt unter der Anleitung des Brennmeisters Ernesto Granados Cardoso und ohne Zusatzstoffe in Flaschen abgefüllt. Der aktive Volcan de Fuego und der ruhende Volcan de Nevado prägen das einzigartige Terroir der Region.
