1x No 105 MALLORQUIN VERNA ZITRONE, 50 ml, 42 % vol.
With its clear, pure and strong lemon note, this spirit is the ideal companion wherever lemons or their juice are added: to fish dishes, summer salads, in dressings, Mediterranean dishes and sour cocktails. In the latter, however, it only serves to enhance the lemon flavor, as the acidity of lemons is not volatile and our lemon spirit is therefore not sour!
1x No 150 SICILIAN CLEMENTINE, 50 ml, 42 % vol.
A unique, particularly pure tangerine spirit. The aroma of the tangerine spirit is determined by the cyclic monoterpenes limonene and terpinene as well as the N-methylanthranilic acid methyl ester, which only occurs in very small quantities but is responsible for the characteristic smell. A spirit that can be poured neat into a glass at any time and immediately makes you dream of summery, southern climes.
1x No 157 MALLORQUIN PERSIAN LIMETTE, 50 ml, 42 % vol.
A top spirit which - although also suitable for enhancing a caipirinha, daiquiri or mojito - with its subtle bitter notes accompanied by sweet citrus aromas, actually tastes like a cocktail itself.
