Emelisses Barrel Finished #3 presents itself in the darkest shade of mahogany in the glass and shows only a small veil of hazelnut-brown foam Olfactorily, the dark beauty delights with a strong peat scent, which is combined with wood, spicy whiskey in the nose, dark chocolate and roasted malt into a seductive symphony The first sip reveals a voluminous body with harmoniously balanced aromas Soft and sweet, notes of caramel, chocolate and ripe cherries caress the palate A hint of liquorice and a little vanilla add spice, while strong roasted aromas and a touch of smoke give the beer contrast and structure
