Café de Paris delights with an intense and spicy taste. The special spice preparation was created in Geneva in the 1930s. Even then, it was clear what was best prepared with the spice creation: Herb butter. It's that simple: Mix two teaspoons of Café de Paris with 100g of butter at room temperature and season with salt. Then chill again. This seasoning is also perfect for preparing salads, dips, vegetable stir-fries and cream sauces.
