The Fairview Broken Barrel White is an unusual white wine cuvée made from the grape varieties Roussanne (48%), Viognier (47%), Grenache Blanc (3%) and Marsanne (2%), which continues the unique story of the Broken Barrel. The grapes benefit from the Mediterranean climate in Paarl and Darling and deliver a rich and well-balanced white wine that scores particularly well with aromas of tropical fruit. The bouquet already reveals great notes of pineapple, lychee and stone fruit. On the palate, the Fairview Broken Barrel also shows its fruity side and delights with nuances of apricot and lime. A hint of oak and the creamy texture round off the taste experience of the white wine cuvée perfectly. Enjoy the Fairview Broken Barrel White, which has matured for eight months in French oak, with a fresh salad, sushi or chicken with a creamy sauce.
