The Fairview Chardonnay presents itself in a clear, bright and pale golden color. Its classic and fresh style shows a harmonious interplay of fruit and oak on the nose. Notes of tangy lemon, stone fruit as well as light mineral notes and nuances of French oak lend the wine elegance and depth.
"The palate reveals layered fruit flavors, including citrus and peach, which are complemented by a silky texture thanks to the prolonged lees contact and the use of wood, as about half of the Fairview Chardonnay matured for ten months in French oak. The finish is fresh and creamy, making the white wine an excellent aperitif.
Thanks to its fresh and crisp profile, Fairview Chardonnay is also ideal with salads, seafood and lighter meat dishes.
