The basis for CARLS PREMIUM WHISKY is provided by organic wheat grown in the surrounding fields of the Harz foreland and special malt recipes. The mash matures under controlled conditions and the fine distillate is produced in our distillery using a small-batch process. CARLS PREMIUM WHISKY is aged in traditional oak barrels for several years to give it its bright amber color. True to its origins, our Carls Premium presents itself with lasting aromatic notes of fine wheat and fruit, the finish is mild and harmonious. CARLS WHISKY has won international awards.
