BIO EDELOBSTBRAND WILLIAMSBIRNE: the pears from one of our orchards ripen in the afternoon sun until their aroma is perfected, are harvested by hand, freed from stems and leaves and form the basis for the high quality and harmonious taste.
Our orchards and other land in the sun-drenched Harz foreland form the basis of our products. Organically farmed according to Naturland guidelines, our trees and bushes bear particularly tasty fruit that is especially suitable for further processing into high-quality fine fruit distillate. Our fruit benefits not only from the climatic advantages and gentle slopes, but also from the rich soil crumb on heat-storing rock and mineral of the mountain ranges between Elm and Harz.
