As with the famous Chianti, the Sangiovese grape variety forms the basis of this wine. It has a dark cherry hue and the typical scent of violets. In the mouth, the tannins are noticeable but quite well integrated with fruit and acidity. A well-balanced, clean wine for all occasions; ideal value for money.
