The marc is the residue that comes out of the grape press, i.e. the grape skin. From the Tempranillo grape, grown by the Hex vom Dasenstein winegrowers' cooperative.

With its very strong, robust aroma and subtle woody notes, this brandy is in no way inferior to an Italian grappa.

Matured in 30 l Limousin wooden barrels.
