Produced in Amatitán, Jalisco, in the heart of the Los Valles region, this premium tequila stands for true craftsmanship and purity. It is distilled exclusively from mature Blue Weber agaves (5 to 7 years old) and made with natural spring water from the volcanic region of Tequila - without any added flavorings.
After a slow high-pressure steam fermentation (9-11 hours) and extraction with a roller mill, the mosto is fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by double distillation in stainless steel stills with a copper catalyst. The tequila matures for 4 months in American white oak barrels, which were previously used for bourbon - this gives it a fine amber color and a harmonious aroma profile.
Taste profile:Full-bodied and smooth with a pronounced aroma of cooked agave, accompanied by subtle notes of caramel, vanilla and oak. Ideal neat, on ice or in high-quality cocktails.
