Two regional legends are celebrating their birthdays in 2021: the band Fools Garden is 30 years old and the Fessler Mühle is celebrating its 625th anniversary. Fools Garden have been awarded the Bambi, the Echo, the Goldene Europa, the Goldene Stimmgabel and many other prizes. Countless gold and platinum records line their path. Their song Lemon Tree went around the world.
Both jubilarians are known far beyond the neighboring districts and the country, as well as closely connected and rooted to their homeland, Pforzheim - the home of the band Fools Garden, is just 30 minutes away from Sersheim, the home of the Fessler mill and fesslermill1396 distillery.
From the fesslermill1396 distillery, the global hit Lemon Tree was bottled in the form of a matching Lemon Tree Gin for the two jubilarians.
The basis for the gin is 12 botanicals with local water from the local alwa spring, with environmentally friendly, gentle production.
The quality level is a London Dry Gin - with a fine, pronounced citrus note.
The mettermalt Fools Garden Lemon Tree Gin was awarded gold at the Ludwigsburg district awards (2022).

At the edge of the Stromberg, surrounded by the Donnersberg, Klosterberg and Kirchberg, the Fessler Mill has stood in Sersheim an der Metter for over 620 years. For many generations, the millers of the Fessler Mill have been involved in agriculture and the cultivation of grain as well as its refinement. Orchard meadows and the cultivation of berries, fruits or special crops such as elderberry have a long tradition.
