The mettermalt® PUR Gin is a special edition of the fesslermill1396 distillery together with the band PUR.
The band PUR from Bietigheim-Bissingen is a veteran of German music history and is just as closely connected to its homeland as the Fessler Mühle with its fesslermill1396 distillery in Sersheim. Bietigheim - the home of the band PUR - is just 15 minutes away from Sersheim, the home of the 628-year-old Fessler Mühle and fesslermill1396 distillery. A special fresh gin was therefore created to coincide with the summer PUR Open Air Tour. Exquisite herbs from the home region of the band PUR combined with special ingredients and water from the Sersheim Alwa mineral spring come together in this Swabian London Dry Gin.
Distilled in the fesslermill1396 distillery, the mettermalt PUR gin is of the highest quality and the long distillation time particularly emphasizes the fine citrus taste. Each gin is neatly bottled and labeled by hand. Pure craftsmanship to create a top-class product. Using the distillery's own water power from the Metter river, which flows into the Enz in Bietigheim-Bisisngen, this gin is produced in an environmentally friendly and climate-neutral way.
With its fine juniper and citrus notes, the gin is perfect for a warm summer night or a PUR open air concert - best enjoyed PUR.

At the edge of the Stromberg, surrounded by the Donnersberg, Klosterberg and Kirchberg, the Fessler Mill has stood in Sersheim an der Metter for over 620 years. For many generations, the millers of the Fessler Mill have been involved in agriculture and the cultivation of grain as well as its refinement. Orchard meadows and the cultivation of berries, fruits or special crops such as elderberry have a long tradition. Even the grandfathers had their own fruit processed into fine distillates or produced excellent apple and pear cider in the cellar of the Fessler Mill.
